I have a workers compensation case against the City of San Diego (S [redacted] My [redacted] and his Paralegal's name is [redacted] I received a letter from my lawyer on 03/10/stating I had an appointment on 03/23/at 10:AM for the Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego Medical Center Ct, STE The appointment was for a stress echo EKG, that I had performed on me on 03/23/ I was told the result would be given to the **ctors and lawyers I was given no further information Two weeks later on 04/07/I was notified by the Cardiovascular institute that I missed a scheduled appointment for a stress EKG and I owned them $ I never scheduled an appointment with them, my lawyers never schedule an appointment with them They have no proof that I our my lawyers were notified of said appointment This appointment would be a duplicate of the procedure I had just weeks earlier I have notified them that I personally

Revdex.com:After they sent this letter, weeks later I received another bill from them. They are totally incompetent and the public needs to be warn to stay away from this buisness. They need to be given the worst rating by the Revdex.com
