There has been no contact between this business and meThere has been no resolution to my complaint [redacted]
He was given a credit on his last invoice Last Tuesday did not run route due to snow & ice, schools closed both Tuesday & Weddue to road conditions On schedule for today pick up
She set up service on 11/11/and a bill was mailed 11/16/15, she was told she needed to pay the bill when she received itTrash was not picked up 12/1/because we did not receive paymentWe did not receive payment until 12/27/after she was told we would not pick up until payment was made Trash was picked up 5:on 1/12/as service resumedWe will continue to pick up the trash until Jan 27, If she does not pay the Feb invoice prior to Feb 1, we will stop service again
Trash was picked up 3x in December 15th there was no trash out at 8: There was trash picked up on the first week of Jan and on Jan at 4:We do not give refundsKimble on the radio 2x every hour giving one month free service if you start service by 1/20/No one company in the service area gives refunds

Trash was picked up 5:42 on 1/12/15 as service resumed. We will continue to pick up the trash until Jan 27, 16. If she does not pay the Feb invoice prior to Feb 1, 2016 we will stop service again.

Trash was picked up 3x in December. 15th there was no trash out at 8:57. There was trash picked up on the first week of Jan and on Jan 12 at 4:10. We do not give refunds. Kimble on the radio 2x every hour giving one month free service if you start service by 1/20/16. No one company in...

[redacted] **rdinal Waste did send another INVOICE to me for next billing cycle (Mar/May 2016), after I canceled my account!! I did send a 2ND letter to Cardinal Waste Services, requesting my REFUND for NO services from Nov thru Feb 2016. I have not received my refund or a reply from Cardinal Waste.
