hours on the phone with Ms. [redacted], MOAM and have even had a conference call with MOAM and Ms. [redacted] so that they could explain to her that her water bill had been estimated by them for 12 months. They finally performed an actual reading, which resulted in a very large water bill. Ms. [redacted] refuses to accept this. Attached are copies of the bills which show this fact. We terminated Ms. [redacted] lease due to her owing $810.17 in past due water, trash & sewer, as well as $404.00 in past due rent. Section 8 has terminated her lease as well (attached). We work very closely with our tenants and are always willing to help them. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd house we have moved Ms. [redacted] to. At her previous address of [redacted] Ms. [redacted] still owes us $1,455.14 in past due utilities as well. Please contact us if you need any further information or documentation.
