I am rejecting this response because:
This is not a simple hairline crack caused by changes in temperature. This is a crushing break caused by a ton truck wheel that has broken and pushed the concrete down into the substrate by several inches. Pouring crack sealer into it is unacceptable as it will not fix the problem. There were no cracks or breaks in my driveway anywhere near that area by the curb and now there are two damaged areas. One is the crushing of the concrete and depression into the substrate just mentioned The other is the crushing and depression of concrete into the corner piece of concrete made by the other tire by the curb. These need to be removed and re-poured to properly correct. Any less than this will result in a lawsuit being filed in small claims court for full recovery against the company who actually did the damage

To be fair, this is not our customer. This is our customers, customer. With that said, we are willing to repair the crack in the same manner that all the other preexisting cracks on the drive way were repaird, with a tar seal.

Our policy is that mail checks are processed 2 to 3 weeks once requested. This has already been processed and refunded. It was done within our promise of 2 to 3 weeks.

We always want to take care of our customer and if we cost our customer money because of our mistake we will always take care of it. What we need in order to resolve this is an invoice for the amount of labor. We apologize for the inconvenience. In the future you can always contact us directly....

There is no need for a third party.
