I have a prepaid MasterCard and I am trying to get information about the balance and expiration date. I have had the card for less than 6 months and I am unable to access the funds. It is impossible to speak with anyone or email anyone directly. It is all automated. I would like to speak with a person in customer service at this business.

To whom it may concern,
On January 14, 2020, Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. ("Blackhawk") received a complaint from *** with respect to an expired $40 MasterCard-branded Rewards Card ("Reward Card"). Blackhawk's affiliate, Hawk Incentives, manages the program that fulfills these specific cards on behalf of the issuer and sponsor bank, MetaBank.
Ms. $40 Reward Card was issued on June 12, 2019. This card was valid for six months and expired on December 31, 2019. This card was part of a promotion from the Behr Process Corporation. It is the intention of the purchasing client (Behr Process Corporation) that the recipient use the card prior to expiration. Once the card expires; the funds expire with it.
We do show two declines on Ms. account on January 10, 2020. The transactions were declined at that time because the card had already expired. It is unfortunate that Ms. missed the opportunity to enjoy the full benefit of this Reward Card provided to her by the valid thru date associated with it. As a one-time courtesy, we have issued her another Reward Card. The card does have the full value of $40. Ms. should receive the card in approximately 7-10 business days. The card will need to be activated prior to use. We advise Ms. to use these funds prior to the expiration of June 30, 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms. may have experienced.
