Cárdenas Market is always advertising items that are never available. Specials attracts people and at Cárdenas they are never available.
When the stay at home order started Cárdenas was the market with higher prices near me. I keep going every week to look for the specials that they advertise and they never have anything. They even tell you that the items on sale are never there. Employees are rude and don't help you at all.
Cárdenas an it's employees are really unprofessional and rude. I feel that advertisements should me made with the assurance that items will be available. It's not the same when you go to a business and they ran out than not having the item at all and then the following week when the advertisement is over they have full stocks. Employees are also responding to us in a bad manner and never offer a rain check.
This email is in response to Revdex.com letter from case #*** filed on 5/2/2020 by customer *** regarding Cardenas Market #.
We reached out directly to Mr. for details on his complaint and how to better assist him. We have offered our apologies and will be sending him a gift card as well.
We have taken note of the concerns discussed; lack of inventory and customer service issues and are addressing the situation with our Operations Department to ensure this situation does not repeat itself.
