Review: I was looking for a credit card processing company for my online store I was new and did not know what was the best I went to hi-tech merchants who got me on to this company I was told there is no contract what so ever just sign a few papers and that's it now I had to close the business and sell do to unforeseen circumstances they want a termination fee of 499 they are threatening me with reporting on my credit file in addition to a 200 fee for something I have no clue about just to be clear I got no machine or device that they should charge me such a fee this was only a service that I had no clue will put me in contract for this long I am not capable of paying sorry My merchant id is-[redacted] Name Daily grabbers I am stuck they are charging me fees for nothing if I want to close my account they charge me an early termination fee all I want is to be able to close my account with out these fees. and not effect my credit.Desired Settlement: remove fees and close my account

Review: Card Payment Services has been debiting my Business Account since 2011 I stop using the service on September 2012 I had signed a 3year agreement that ended in October of 2014. My account has been debited every month for $25.00 . I have been using another Company since Oct. 2012 I ask Sy W[redacted] owner of the card payment services to stop debiting my account and return the money form Oct, Nov. & Dec of 2014 and Jan. Feb., Mar., Apr., May, and June of 2015. He has refused to do so and I have paid every month $25.00 for over 4 years and he only serviced me from Oct. 2011 to Sept. 2012 I feel he owes me $250.00 fro 3 month of 2014 and 6 month for 2015.Desired Settlement: Return of my $25.00 per month for 10 month for a total of $250.00
