Card Member Services

I received a call today from a business named Card Member Services. They said they could lower the interest rate on all of my credit cards. I asked how they could do that and why not just go through the credit card company. The individual who identified himself as Seth Davis (he clearly had a middle eastern accent) said they work with all credit card companies to provide this service, and even send out all the bills for all the credit card companies. He asked for my credit card number. I gave him a number from a credit card that had been cancelled due to fraudulent charges. I asked him for his call back number. He kept asking for more information. I asked him to call back in 10 minutes. I hung up and called my credit card company and they told me the call I had received was definitely fraud and to report it to the Revdex.com.
