I called him with an estimate of repair and delivered his vehicle back to his home. I also left an estimate for repair and the trade-in value, as he requested, in the vehicle. From the conversations I had with our customer that day I believe he understands why we are not refunding him the money for the repair. He appreciated us not charging him for the second diagnosis, driving his mother home and delivering his vehicle to his home.
