Do not trust this company If you purchase something at a Carchedi estate sale carry it off the property immediatelyThey are friendly and will put a sold sign on it and tell you it is ok to come back later to get itWhen you return for your purchase, it is gone and they refuse to accept any responsibility for itWhat they do is re-sell it to another person and collect their money twice on it then attempt to bully you into thinking it is your faultThey offer no apology and there are no refundsThey told me "how do we know you did not take it with you?" There were two other people there to pick up items that were also gone, so it is not just me with a bad experienceAvoid doing business with this company

This was the worst Estate Sale I have ever been to. I went today and had a total of 25 items placed aside near the checkout to be purchased. Well, when I finally went to get my things I decided I didn't want 2 of the items. The girl who was working said okay and proceeded to remove the items from my ticket. Suddenly the owner of Carchedi Estate Sales comes running over screaming "NO NO NO. Once a ticket has been written the items are sold! You put these items aside so that means they are sold!" I apologized as I didn't realize that was how this particular Estate sale worked & he was incredibly rude to me and continued to scold me even after I apologized multiple times. I told him when I had been to other Estate sales this was never the case so I wasn't aware and he said with an attitude " Well we aren't other Estate sales!" This horrible man actually made me cry. All because I asked to remove 2 (inexpensive) items out of the 25 I was going to purchase. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!
