The carb you bought is clearly stated as being CARB ONLY if you were having problems finding what you needed you should of called Shipping is only free if you buy the item and keep it as stated in our online policy and on invoice, That is the $14 The full refund was offered only if you repurchased...

the correct item you needed ,you never repurchased that item .
