This company provides a high quality service at a premium price with no yearly or monthly benefits such as a flat fee coverage of new or existing customers I simply requested the plumber who fixed my boiler to come back to see if anything was a problem, but he insisted he will charge a service charge on top of any fee required for repair even if he is at fault as this contrary to what I was told by receptionist a the office I declined the visit along with a costly proposal for water heater that does not mention the warranty and if repairs will be covered within the first year
