We purchased a 10xcanopyWe put it up and used the little stakes that came with itA short wind came, blew the canopy over and a piece of the brackets or stabilizer brokeI sent a message on their website site complaint form asking about replacementhe pieces and offered to payI did not receive a replyI left a message on their Facebook pageNo replyI also noticed that there are several others who had similar issuesI ***'t know how to rectify this matter since the material is cheap and can easily be broken since a slight blow over will break itWe figured the cost of the canopy was high and used quality strong material
