Car Zone of the Greater Triangle

I rented a car from them. Gave them 150 for deposit and 152.30 for 3 day rental. Was going out of town to see my God child born. Car did not work. They would not give me another rental for the 3 days and would not give me my money. They told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I went t back up to the business I found the car I rented trying to be fixed. When I asked the guy fixing the car what was wrong with it. He told me he didn't know but the car was not working. Went inside and the explained that I had the guy recorded on my phone saying this. The wifes owner refunded me my money for the rental and informed me to come back on Thursday to get deposit. When I go to get my deposit the owner tells me he is not giving it to me. Because they don't fo refunds. These people keep my deposit for no reason. They are scammers.
