No refund was offered, as requested, for the experience provided the customer. I did speak with the Car Wash USA owner, Tom H[redacted] on 01.05.18 directly. He offered to provide a discount for a first month of service and a gift bag for the troubles which was nice. However, in order for me to have made regular use of the car wash via their monthly subscription model I would have had to visit the business during their daytime business hours (9AM EST start) to meet with staff. That is not compatible with my work schedule to obtain a required RFID reader. A simple refund was the request made and that was not offered, thus the reason for the rejection of the prior businesses response to my complaint. However, no further action is requested from either the Revdex.com or the business owner at this stage. I will just look not to do business with that establishment in the future.
