Car Wash Plaza

Used the auto car wash at this business and after start up and two full passes the machine hit and damaged the rear of our vehicle. We called the manager and hey had a person working there take our name. He did not or would not look at the damage and just said he just works there. Said owner would call me tomorrow (Sunday). No call came so at 4:00 PM I called. Said no one would call me on Sunday as they had stated would happen. However, the owner John *** called back a little later. He immediately accused me of backing into his machine after the machine had already made two passes. He stated he had video showing I moved my vehicle. I explained that after the ram hit our vehicle, we waited for a while and then did drive out of he wash with suds all over our vehicle. Said he did not care. Just turn in to my insurance and he will deal with them Stated it happens all the time and he was not going to pay for anything. I asked to see the video, which I did the next day. John went right into blaming me for everything. The video did not confirm his claim that we backed into his machine. In fact when he started the video John said :look there is your blueish vehicle coming in the wash now. Our vehicle is a deep red burgendy color.
