Hi,The merchant in question was negligent in three ways regarding my complaint.First , they failed to properly check the contents of my order before shipping. Second, they failed to send the missing parts in a timely manner which resulted in a scheduled vacation change on my end. Third, they asked me to to ship it back which I did. It was of no fault of mine that the package in which it was shipped was damaged beyond use.This entire complaint is a result of their negligence. If they were any type of reputable business, they would not hesitate in refunding the $152.00 for which I am entitled.I am still demanding this refund.Sincerely,[redacted]
