Charged 250 dollars
jared was paid $250 dollars to repair 3 small dents in my 2008 mustang gt. the 2 on the hod he said 'that's as good as I can get them I might only make them worse." ok I am fine with that, but the fender dent is another story. it is still there. I know he can do better work, he did on a previously owned gt of mine. he couldn't work his app to use my credit card for payment so I had to rub to an atm to get cash. save your money folks go to a good body shop.

I am in complete surprise of Mr. [redacted] accusations in regards to the work performed at myautomotive shop recently. My previous company, [redacted] had an excellent rating and was along time member in good standing with the Revdex.com for close to 15 years. I take any and all problemsvery...

seriously and would like to have all customers 100% satisfied. I employ the best possible peoplefor the job to avoid these types of situations.First of all Mr. [redacted] has never spoken to me as he stated that he did. I am not at the repair facility on aregular basis. Also from the complaint he stated that when he brought his car in for service he had "heatand antifreeze". If this was accurate how can he state that the mechanics "conveniently didn't noticewhat would have had to been either an empty reservoir or rapid fluid leak". To have heat you must havean ample water supply to transfer coolant from the engine, radiator to the interior heater core. If it hadno water there would be no heat. Also if there was a leak there would have been fluid on the concretesurfaces in the shop and parking area. There were absolutely no fluids left in either place before, duringor after service. Mr. [redacted] had come to the shop for an oil change service when during the technicianschecks he notice the serpentine belt was in bad shape and recommended that it be replaced. This workwas performed with no less that 12 inches of clearance between the radiator and belt system. There wasno contact made between the mechanic, ·his tools or anything else that could cause the coolant leak. Onthe following Monday after his service Mr. [redacted] came by the shop and had the technician look for theleak. The technician showed Mr. [redacted] that the coolant was leaking from the factory seam which iswhere these problems normally come from on older vehicles and not damage from impact. The plastictanks and aluminum coolers are crimped together and they usually weaken with age. At the time the carwas brought in the technician noticed the old oil change mileage recommendation sticker was exceededby 20,000 miles and that the vehicle had tire cord showing. This was also brought to the attention of theMr. [redacted] but he stated he didn't have the money to make the repair. 20,000 miles overdue for an oilchange show a complete neglect of the maintenance for a vehicle. If the technician had seen a leak hewould have told the service writer so that he could have informed the owner. Selling needed repairs iswhat we do to keep clients cars in good shape. In conclusion I find that there was no leak at the time of service and that my technician did not causeany damages. I, my service writer and mechanic take no responsibility for Mr. [redacted] radiator leakingbut we would be happy to offer to him a 10% discount on parts and labor to help with his repair.

Review: I took my car in for an oil change and was advised I needed a belt that was less than to yrs old that was already put on by the same mechanic.. Who conveniently didn't notice what would have had to have been either an empty resovoir and or the rapid fluid leak that I discovered less than 48 hours after the shabby work was done..I went in with heat and antifreeze.. For an oil change and came out with a busted radiator that they made no mention of..Desired Settlement: I would like to have a new radiator to replace the one that was not a problem before I took my car in..
