Mr. [redacted] stated that he spoke to the consumer on Thursday 12/21 and stated that he would issue a refund back to the consumer. He stated that he will deduct the cost of mileage $.** per mile from the consumer deposit. The consumer is suppose to return to the business tomorrow 12/28/2017.
