I called this business to have them make a vehicle key for me, and over the phone I was quoted a full price of $150 - $170 depending on whether or not I would like a key with a remote. I agreed to $170 to have a key with a remote made. The technician at arrival made a key WITHOUT A REMOTE and never disclosed that my original key will no longer work because they would re-program my vehicle's system. Not only did I receive incomplete service, but when I called back the dispatcher over the phone was rude and told me to go anywhere else, and insisted that I pay an additional $50 to reprogram my original key. This business failed to disclose any details about their service and expects me to pay even more for their own mistake. Totally unprofessional and unfair.
Product_Or_Service: Remote Key Replacement
Finish the job I would like both my old key to be returned back to its working state, and my new key to include a working remote, both at no extra cost for me! I live in mid city, and expect the service to be done in my locality. I am not driving out to North Hollywood to correct the Business's mistake, it was their fault and they must own up to it.
