Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response as returned is both WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLE and filled with DECEPTIVE and filled with INCOMPLETE OUT OF CONTEXT COMMENTS.FACT: I did in truth tell them OPENLY AND WITHOUT PROMPTING that I had previously installed windshields; I did so ONLY for the purpose that I PLASTICS IN A DESERT may become fragile and break. I DID NOT relay that I did that for a short period of time roughly 15 YEARS AGO anddid a very LIMITED NUMBER of windshields, primarily doing office & household glass. FACT: I did tell them I was doing laundry; I FURTHER TOLD THEM AND WROTE THEM THAT I WAS HAVING SEVERE CELL PHONE PROBLEMS (prior to their response) AND THAT COMMUNICATIONS ON MY PART WERE DIFFICULT/IMPOSSIBLE. In further fact, in WRITTEN MESSAGE I OPENED WITH A WRITTEN APOLOGY FOR SAID PROBLEMS; no response or acknowledgment received. NONE TO DATE. FACT: Prior to this vehicle I have NEVER BEFORE HEARD OF OR SEEN A GPS/SIRIUS ANTENNA on any make/model of vehicle; I only vaguely recalled 'a black box' located UNDER A VISOR, contacted Ford and was IMMEDIATELY informed by the WEEKEND PARTS COUNTERMAN as to its purpose, W/O his need to research. On a later call I found they were no longer carried. Summary FACTS: A TUCSON BODY SHOP OWNER FULLY FAMILIAR W/THE CAR WILL ATTEST THAT THE PART WAS NOR PREVIOUSLY BROKEN FACT: A local car stereo installer WILL ATTEST TO BOTH MY IGNORANCE OF THE ANTENNA DEVICE AND ITS COST/PURPOSE FACT:I AM A SERVICE CONNECTED DISABLED NAVY MEDIC HAVING SERVED SEVERAL YRS W/ THE USMC, AS SUCH I KNOW MEDICINE AND NOT TECHNOLOGIES; IAM WELL KNOWN FOR THIS & FURTHER POINT OUT IT IS WELL KNOWN THAT MY 4 YR OLD DVD PLAYER IS HOOKED UP (by someone else) and I STILL HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO OPERATE IT!!! DAMAGES/THEFT COSTS NOW EXCEED $450.00 and even the CAR STEREO NO LONGER FUNCTIONS as it did!

Regards,
well my response is that we settled with the client and he has no further complaints on our company. I spoke with him about this matter. thanks
Above is a signed document we have the customer sign before we work on the car. As you see it is signed. We have this done so customer doesn't come back to get us to pay for broken part. Three weeks later customer is stating he is missing a part for his satellite radio. I think I would notice that...
right away. Customer use to do installs and is aware of the pricing of part and knows why we had him sign paperwork. I would love to resolve this with customer but last time I talked to him he let me go so he could do laundry. We do over 400 installs a week in the valley and this is the first time I've had this problem.
