Car Finder

My car has been in this shop for 6 weeks. I ran over a deer causing some front end and under vehicle damage. I was referred to this shop from a friend. My insurance company took 3 weeks to send the check. It was a 3rd party check so I had to sign it. I signed the check two weeks ago and my car still isn't finished. I was initially told that it would be finished within a few days of receiving the check. That didn't happen. The owner Brian then called me on 11/17 and said it would be done 11/22 . I called the shop spoke with Sharon and she stated he would call me back. He didn't. I then called the shop on 11/23 , spoke with Sharon. She stated he would call me back. He didn't. This is unacceptable!!!!! Do not use this company. He is not honest and experiences like this give black owned businesses a bad name.
