Our Car was paid in full June to Car Finance everything was paid in full Car Finance needs to update my credit report to reflect account paid in full instead of showing a balance correct the credit report to reflect paid in full to all three credit reporting agencies

I am rejecting this response because: they made No attempt to figure out the issueI didn't get a notice of repossessionI had noChoice but to get a new phone with a new numberI am willing to pay off the late payments amd the repossession cost as well as the insuranceAll I ask is one chance to make this right because I had too many personal things transpire effecting me by making the paymentsThey had a GPS tracker on my car so it wasn't fortunate they located it they knew were the car was the entire timeI am abke to get the car refinanced through a bank here in *** but they cant process the loan until I get my second check stub from my new job. days after the are selling it privatelyI am asking for a few extra days in order for me to secure the loan before they proceed with thePrivate sale

It is understood that the Car Finance response was rejected. This was anticipated based on the initial complaint. The balance-in-full plus repossession fee must be paid with certified funds directly to Car Finance. Clarification of a few issues:As required by law, the notice of sale and repossession was sent certified mail on 11/17/2017 to the current [redacted] address.Car Finance, finances vehicles, this entity does not sell vehicles. Car Finance does not attach any device of any nature, including GPS devices to any of the vehicles we finance. This company does not utilize any GPS service for such devices since it is cost prohibitive.If there is no redemption of a vehicle, the vehicle will be sold in accordance with the law.The customer has requested a few extra days to process a potential loan which will enable the customer to pay the indebtedness in full. Granted, the customer will have until 5pm, Friday, December 8th, 2017, to provide certified funds for the balance of $11,082.77 plus the repossession fee of $435.00 for a total of $11517.77. Once the payoff plus repossession fee is received the repossession agent will be informed to release the vehicle. At that point the customer can contact the repossession agent and arrange to retrieve their vehicle. However there may be storage fees owed to the repossession agent (separate entity) and the customer will have to pay those fees directly to that agent prior to release.
