The vehicle was sold on [redacted] our [redacted] policy states COME INSPECT THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO MAKING ANY OFFERThis customer contact us about this vehicle prior to making any offer, we explained to him ALL deposit are non refundable, he was aware , Upon arrival this customer came expecting the truck to be in brand new condition every ding, dent, scratch was listed in our [redacted] ad This [redacted] had a brand new pa inspection that customer requested to be doneHe arrived with a invalid expired driver license , we let him inspect this vehicle everything was fine, he wanted to drive the vehicle we told him he was not allowed due to expired licenseThis customer was very rude coming up with any excuse not to buy we told him we lost out on customers while waiting a week for this ford to get picked up This truck was in great condition with no issues the truck was inspected by certified mechanics , after customer left another customer came and purchased that day with no issues .This customer has no idea what he was buying that this truck is a heavy duty turbo diesel truck weighting 11,gvwr.The customer tried to open a case with [redacted] motors which he lost due to lies what were provided by him.Then customer tried to open a claim with [redacted] *** which he lost again giving different stories and lying about this transaction Above is the attachment from our [redacted] ads stating all deposit ARE NON refundable HERE IS THE AD PLEASE READ http://www.***[redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dealer Scam works like this:He creates an auction on ***, misrepresenting vehicle, with demands for deposit.After He gets an offer he directs buyer outside of [redacted] to pay deposit so no tracking in ***.He also asks for private payment so [redacted] does not have any link to auction.After Buyer realizes He is a crook and misrepresented vehicle, and refuses purchase.He quickly files 'non payment buyer' with [redacted] so buyer cannot leave feedback, since ***does not have record of deposit payment it agrees [redacted] cannot tie payment with purchase orauction so cannot protect buyerCrook Steals depositAll of this will be explained to police, ***, andPA state departmentBelow are some of the feedback he thinks he has hidden in his scam : [redacted] has a lot of descriptive scams that he has been running for a while(too much to paste)I will follow this through untilthis crook is brought to justice Regards, [redacted]

It a total lie,car was inspected and bill was signed by buyer .he is claiming navigation is missing which is a lie because it is not a CD it is a satellite .placed a complaint after he drove for months aND put miles on the car .he sent a fake recipe for parts and estimate for which is a lie we contacted bmw dealer the labor and parts included is was offered to bring vehicle back for repairs at our local specialists he declined (all proof on emails,we have all of them)this customer is a lair all this is for money we offered ( we have everything saved in emails ) to get vehicle fixed ,All description on [redacted] is accurate we have over pictures including tires navigation etc Please look at the photos aND show me where nav is not working were tires are bad and check engine light is on afterror customer came drove vehicle and decided to contact us months later http://www.***.com/itm/2009-***-3-Series-Base-Sedan-4-Door-/ [redacted] ? Car was personally inspected by buyer, have a sighed Bill of sale with explanations of a contract, also was offered to bring a car back,and for repairs as needed as well,,,,buyer ask for a $for a turn signal LIGHT, of course for that amount was declined, He was driving a car which he didn't know how to use for more than a week
