Car Detail 4 U

Review: I paid to have my car detailed by Car Detail 4 U through Angies List. First They arrived on a day that I did not agree to and my car was not available. The actual scheduled date was raining so we rescheduled. They never showed or called on the scheduled date. I have left 3 phone calls and 7 emails to try and reschedule the appointment and have not received any replies.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a total refund.

Review: I purchased a gift certificate (the Scarlet & Grey package) for my son-in-law, [redacted], for Father's Day, 2012. [redacted] scheduled with them on more than one occasion (I want to emphasize here that he has the gift certificate so they can't claim I never purchased it). They were no shows twice and then put him off until winter set in. He exchanged several e-mails with them (he and I have the records). In frustration he finally asked for the money back. He was told that I would have to contact them since it was I who bought the gift certificate. I have called and e-mailed Car Detail 4 U several times and they have returned neither. They are well aware of this situation.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back for the gift certificate.
