Dear Sir/Madam: [redacted] I write with regards to the complaint submitted by [redacted] on February 22, and respond as follows Ms [redacted] ran out of gas in the car we sold herWe towed the car back miles to the dealership in [redacted] , [redacted] at our expenseThe next day we loaned her a car to go home in while we checked her car out to troubleshoot the issue Upon inspection of her car, we put gas in and it started immediately and therefore, promptly called Ms [redacted] to let her knowTwo days later, Ms [redacted] called to advise that the loaner car had two flat tiresAccordingl y, we had that car towed to the dealership and upon examination of the car we determined that one tire had a nail in it and the second tire was not flat Ms [redacted] was nasty with a bad attitude and yelling at meI advised her to come into the office and I would refund her money and to please go buy a car someplace elseMs [redacted] advised that she wanted the car back and I reiterated that I did not want ller business and to please go someplace else Finally, I gave her down payment back and called the police to have her removed from the premises as she would not leave on her own accord when asked

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of allWhat is a message log is this an electronic device or simply their version of answering the phone and taking messages for each other I replied several times to messages and called sever times as well and have period in my call log Where in my agrement does it state if I choose to travel I am required to notify the creditor of whether or not I am in Washington state how is that fact any of their business as long as my resident state was Washington nothing in a contract can restrict my legal right to movementFurther I am only years old and I reported on my application that I had been employed the last years as well as my references they were current at the time of my appication and that is all I can control If my application was fraudulent isn't that their responsibility to verify information prior to funding the loan their inability to verify facts is that issue not mine the information I provided was true and correct and it's their problem to approve the application and obviously any information I provided was suitable enough at the time of the loan therefore they repossess my car prematurely based on no fact and only their opinion proper notice of default has not been provided to me and this action was not legal and if a amicable settlement cannot be reached my only resolution will most likely be to obtain a civil judgementAgainst them that will include my losses and any damages 're court may award me in that action I am and will consider reasonable settlment out of court but f forced my intention is to seek legal council and for suit When I came to your business u knew I had no license and stated that you did not careI had recorded the coversations that took place that day with my phone incase something like this happened and on the recording it will show that what you are saying is a lieWhere can I submit these recordings? In regard to the it with ID#***, I have no interest in his opinion nor having him as a customer; since he is so knowledgeable in business and autos, he should het a job in Wall ST., N.Yor just a job, so he'll have something to do
Please don't write me about this person again, I have many things to do beside answer stupiditist from this morronI have been in business for many years and sell around cars a month and 60% to old customers, repeated business or referrals

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Attached you will find a text message from the next day after my visit, please confirm this with the liars cell phone number! All the cars I tested had mechanical issues (engine lights on) that was the reason I didn't buy a car! I tried talking over the text to see if we can make a deal and the liar Gilberto treats me like that? Did you know he said they sell cars to anybody with a social security number, does not have to be the persons buying! So if anybody steals social security number they can go and buy a car under that number? I think after the comment I received from that dealership, as I was waiting for apology and now I will involve law authorities to check in the their sales and illegal use of social security numbers!
EVERY car has problems!!! I looked in to few and EVERY had issues, only after me asking "why is the check engine light on" Gilberto told me they have computer to delete the code so you won't see the light - unfortunately the car will still be broken and unsafe to drive!Sincerely,*** ***

expense. The next day we loaned her a car to go home in while we checked her car out to troubleshoot the issue.
Upon inspection of her car, we put gas in and it started immediately and therefore, promptly called Ms. [redacted] to let her know. Two days later, Ms. [redacted] called to advise that the loaner car had two flat tires. Accordingl y, we had that car towed to the dealership and upon examination of the car we determined that one tire had a nail in it and the second tire was not flat.
Ms. [redacted] was nasty with a bad attitude and yelling at me. I advised her to come into the office and I would refund her money and to please go buy a car someplace else. Ms. [redacted] advised that she wanted the car back and I reiterated that I did not want ller business and to please go someplace else.
Finally, I gave her down payment back and called the police to have her removed from the premises as she would not leave on her own accord when asked.
