How mamy times do they have to call and ask a customer to come in because they are approved and everything is ready to go, just to find out nothing is approved and the vehicle is not as advertised and they are going to need a higher down payment because this other vehicle here doesn't quite the approval which they never had to begin with.

This is simply among the best auto shops in northern NV regardless of specialization. The customer service is top notch. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is at a level that is very rare these days. They truly want to see you leave happy and it shows.

The skill level is fantastic, and the service is prompt but never rushed, corners are never cut. I came in with a very poorly running transmission and left with one that felt better than new. Pete is a great guy and I wish him nothing but luck and prosperity in the future as he's certainly earned it. His crew as well are skilled and considerate. My truck always comes back clean and the way I left it!
