Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past; however, you will find it at Car Concepts of Colorado I went in to look at a truck that I had seen online Upon arriving I was greeted by a salesman & promptly offered to test drive the pickup, during the test drive he informed me of everything he knew about the vehicle to include information that I had already reviewed on CARFAX prior to arriving After test driving I noticed something that needed to be repaired & informed the salesman I left the dealership to look at other similar vehicles within the area, after having a horrible experience I returned to Car Concepts I returned because I was not hassled, I was not pushed into any vehicle, an effort was made in their presentation and I believed that they were trying to make an honest buck To my surprise the pickup was already in the shop being repaired whether or not they knew I was going to purchase the vehicleThis is what right looks like!

Unfair sales practices, unethical and dangerous this is by far the worst experience of purchasing a vehicle. Very unprofessional once he figured out he could not fool me with his unethical tactics.

Great service! The staff genuinely cares and worked hard to help me out. What separates a dealership from others is not necessarily just price but how the staff reacts when something isn't perfect. These guys stood behind their product and did whatever it took to make it right. I truly enjoyed working with these guys!
