bare faced liar! do not trust!! chris, after giving his word backed out of a purchase agreement that hurt my family financially!

I, Jason canal, am responding to a complaint (ID ***), filed by ms* *** ***
concerning the sale of an 'Acura TLThe complaint is that the car was repossessed even though she
did not default in making her paymentsThe fact is that the
entire transaction with ms***
was "unwound", meaning that the transacction couldn't obtain proper finiancing because ms*** didn't
fulfill the conditions in order to obtain financicngFor example, she failed to provide Proof of Income, Proof
of Residence, and most important, never provided proof of insurance coverage on the vehicleshe has been advised
of what has happened and has been informed as well that the partial down payment that she made ($220.00) will
be refunded to herI have informed her of this on the several occasions we have spoken over the phoneI as
the manager of car city have got to consider the best intrests of the company and have come to the conclusion
that unwinding the deal was in our best intrest because *** *** failed to live up to her end of the
deal as described aboveAs of reimbursment for all the burden she claims it has caused her, what if the car
was wrecked or stolen while she was in possession of the vehicle with no insurance? what burden would that
have caused the company I work for?
