Car Champs

I HAVE BEEN WITH CAR CHAMPS SINCE AUGUST 2014, SINCE THAT TIME I HAVE 3 DIFFERENT CARS WITH THEM DUE TO ALL BRAKING DOWN. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET A LOANER OR ANY STATUS ON THE PROGRESS OF THE CARS GETTING FIXED. BUT EARLIER THIS MONTH 11.2015 TOOK THE CAKE!!!! They, apparently, as of 11.10.2015, haVE closed down and dissolved as a company!!! unbeknownst to us. We weren’t notified through mail, email, nor call. They took a duplicate payment from me twice and this last time was this pass Friday 11.6.2015. So as you could imagine I’ve been calling the company since Saturday with all calls dropping or being disconnected. I finally get a call Wednesday 11.10.2015 from a [redacted] number stating Car champs has closed and diffused as a company and we have taken over their account. I ASKS WHO ARE YOU AND WHERE ARE YOU. SHE DOESNT SAY THE NAME OF THE COMPANY JUST THAT THEY ARE IN TEXAS AND ONLY RCVD A FEW DOCUMENTS AND FLASH DRIVES OF INFO AND CANT SEE MY WARRANTY, NOR MY PAYMENT HISTORY, NOR THE DUPLICATE PAYMENTS. I NOW DONT KNOW WHERE MY WARRANTY STANDS....WHERE MY CAR LOAN FINANCIALLY STANDS, AND NOW DUE TO THIS DUPLICATE PAYMENT AGAIN, MY RENT IS LATE AND LATE FEES HAVE INCURRED AND THE 5TH DAY IS APPROACH FOR GROUNDS OF EVICTION NOTICE
