We agreed to a load with this companyIf you are late in delivering for this company, there is a charge that would be incurredWe were given a rate confirmation on a ThursdayThere was a very hard storm coming down the east coast later that dayWe asked if they were sure on this load because they then wanted us to wait until Friday to pick up which would have been in the 'heart of the storm.' We agreed because the broker, Gina, was so sure and really asked us nicelyWe waited in these conditions overnight until FridayFriday, at lunch, she called and this is after us signing the rate confirmation and having a truck dispatched to this siteShe canceledWe have called more than times and emailed with little to no response and still have not been paid for 'Truck Dispatched/Not Used.' We even spoke with Chris who has now not returned our calls in more than two weeksVERY POOR PROFESSIONALISMTO NOT EVEN RETURN A CALL IS UNACCEPTABLE
