The place has gone downhillI paid for a max complete service todayHowever since their tunnel wasn't working, a few services offered in the Max service couldn't be done The guy warned me the tunnel was down but didn't tell me that because of it, that "this and this service won't be done." I was still charged the full amount instead of being credited for the incomplete serviceThe reasoning she gave me was that the package is already at a discounted priceI can see if the discounted price was for a limited time but if this is all year price, it should still come at a lower price Haven't quite decided yet but it may very well be my last visit there If it is advertised that "X and X and X" is what you get if you pay this amount, then X and X and X is what I should get I understand that it's out of their hands but people should be given a smaller package for the days that their tunnel is down

If it is advertised that "X and X and X" is what you get if you pay this amount, then X and X and X is what I should get. I understand that it's out of their hands but people should be given a smaller package for the days that their tunnel is down.
