Car Care Company

We attempted to service this customers vehicle and as we drove it in to our shop the muffler got hung on our safety railingMy technicians were revving the engine to rock the car in order to get the car free from the railing in reverse and not when pulling the car in as our digital video clearly
showsWe did however re-secure the muffler with the customer and the customer agreed to this in presence of witnessesThe muffler on this car was just replaced at another business and the u bolt connecting the muffler was in stalled incorrectly and is hanging down well below normal/factory height causing it to hang upThe customer also stated that the car has been height modified(lowered) in which case the Car Care Company or any other business DOES NOT WARRANTYIf the customer would take a minute to realize that the muffler was the problem as cars have entered our shop for many years with no problem and our video shows as it entered it was driven at the same rate as the other cars that day or any dayAlso after the customer called with a four hundred dollar estimate for repair we called the same business at another location and was given an estimate of one hundred dollars or lessThe Car Care Co has no interest in doing business with this individual as they have defamed our business for a problem that was they're own in the first place
