resolved, we provided the customer with a loaner car while we were fixing the problem. This particular repair became technically challenging as replacement parts failed, and the problem reoccurred. We did after a couple of attempts were able to return the car without issue. resolved, we provided the customer with a loaner car while we were fixing the problem. This particular repair became technically challenging as replacement parts failed, and the problem reoccurred. The main point of my complaint is that I was offered a refund, and then the business retracted and denied giving that option. The coolant leak was discovered prior to delivery and the sale included my agreement to pay for the repair by their mechanic. They did an extremely poor job attempting to repair it, left me without a loaner for 4 straight days, then while asking for multiple further attempts to repair they offered a refund if thats what it took to make me happy. When I directly requested a refund, the owner Robert then refused and claimed he never offered. I know exactly what he said. Any denial by him or anyobe else at the dealership is a false statement. Their business practices are misleading, at best.
