I was initially impressed with this company until I actually filled out my application for renting and was treated extremely unprofessionally by [redacted] in their office.  Regardless of their rules and other issues involved, I was spoken to in a manner that was unacceptable.  She used language that was extremely offensive to me and apparently the owner was in the office at the time and overheard the conversation.  If she was a former paralegal, then I am a former President of the United States. 

They have horrible customer serviceThey are completely unprofessional and I would never want to rent to people who are so rude and dirty as they were in their own office and on the phone
