I called "Captain Zoom" on Tuesday because I received a CD when I ordered a DVD Birthday song I asked that the DVD be shipped for my niece's birthday party Saturday He told me that he could not get it to my house in time although I could pay the $overnight charge to get it earlier I asked if he could absorb the cost of the shipment to keep a customer (I've ordered other DVDs) He said he would not He felt the "gift" of the CD, which I didn't want, was enough Then he said he could do this for me, he would pay the priority shipping (2-days) as if it were my mistake Unbelievable This will be my last Captain Zoom purchase We have cassette tapes and DVDs for all my children, nieces, nephews and now grandchildren and great-niece but unfortunately this is where it will end Extremely rude and did not understand the sales concept of the customer is always right and do what you must to keep a customer
