I contacted [redacted] when my boat motor,a 2000 Mercury, was running very rough. It has been sitting a few month. [redacted] rebuilt the carbs and checked out every component till he Solved all the issues. He explained he was not a parts changer and only after verifying the part was bad, would he change it. In the end, I only payed for bad parts and labor. It runs like a new motor now. My wife, who picked out the boat on line, loves how it runs. We have be using several times a week. Jan 2015
