Captain D's Upholstery

Visited Mr. [redacted] to order a cushion, ordered supplies, and paid with a check, he doesn't return calls and is never at business.
Ordered on 11/22/11, paid with a check, check #[redacted] for $233.70, cashed on 11/23/11, promised us 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and gone, and no cushion. Called him several times since then, got ahold of him once. Asked him what was the situation, he said he was 1 guy working there, and it takes time. He then promised me I would have the cushion in 2 weeks, it has now been 4 weeks. I try to call him and get no answer, leave him a message, and he doesn't return my calls, I have even stopped by his business, and he is never there.
