They assured me they would do outstanding work and follow the editing template I provide and the product would be delivered on the deadline date. They advertise 100% guarantee on their web page which was also given to me via their order service chat line. The cost was $858.53 and they did not provide anything that I could use - they did not follow the template and the work was substandard and unusable. I had given them feedback explaining this and yet the service guaranteed was not provided. I am entitled to a refund and they are refusing - in fact they are suggesting I owe them more money!! This is outrageous and I really want to make others aware of these scam artists and their false advertising. Please let me know how I should proceed.
