Capstone Tutor

Review: I submitted payment to Capstone Tutor for tutoring services for my son. They have cashed my check and have not provided any return calls or emails for services for over 5 months. I have repeatedly requested via email and voice mails for start of services. Payment was made on 05/22/13.Desired Settlement: Capstone services to return payment in full.

Review: We ordered 6 private in-home tutoring sessions. We only received 4 because the tutor stated she no longer works for the company. She further stated she does not work for them because they did not pay her. I sent over 5 emails and numerous phone calls to the company to no avail. The owner stated he would call me back but he never did call us. He has not responded to any of my emails requesting another tutor.Desired Settlement: We want all the sessions we paid for or our money back.
