I had substandard work done by this contractor He also was very rude and did not care about customer satisfaction I am writing this complaint to you because I want others to know about my issues with Capstone Construction Enterprise) of Lacoochee, Florida On January 4th, I gave Steve ***, of Capstone Construction enterprises a down payment of $for a new roof project He took my check and did not file for the permit for weeks For weeks he had my money and did nothing about starting the job The project started on February 12th and was finished on March 3td, When I called him for the job he was here in less than two hours The owner, Steve [redacted] only showed up at the project site maybe times and did not speak to me on any of those visit I called him many times and he returned my call only after many calls and sometimes not returning my call at allAfter the job was finished he called about twenty times in one day wanting his finally payment His
