The management office has members that do not know the whole policy of the apartment complex so if you talk to anyone other than the manager or the assistant manager, they do not care about what the staff has told you explicitlyGet everything from them in written form, they do not care about the residents and they will try to nickel and dime you at every opportunityThe snow pickup from the accessible ramps is not done at a timely manner unless explicitly asked, they do not pick up or clean the various common areas and so many of the fronts of apartment building are riddled with dog fecesNot sure why we pay so much in rent, because it clearly doesn't go towards any maintenance or customer serviceDo not bother renting here, neither mangement nor the overseeing residential management company, *** care about you
I was visiting a resident at this apartment complex and my car was towedI was not parked in any marked spots that are designated for visitorsInstead, I was parallel parked on the street where other cars were parkedThis street was not marked with any signs or any numbers, indicating they are parking spots for the residentsThis was the first time I had visited this apartment complex and I believed parking here was okayAdditionally, Capstone at Vallagio towed my friend who is a resident there, who was registered for parkingHe has since been refunded by his credit card company, but should not have had to go through all of the trouble in the first place, as this is his home
We have lived at this multi-family community complex for almost a year now and the service and attentiveness to issues has been lacking to the most extreme extentThe District manager *** was helpful but is no longer with the community and a new Manager has filled the position*** (the new manager) is extremely disrespectful and absolutely incompetentHe has ignored our emails, neglected agreements in place and on top of it all almost plowed my car in the parking lotThe largest issue here is the billingOur bill is a complete breach of the agreement set forth and and attempts at contacting the manager have been unsuccessfulA Vacant charge was applied to our account for a unit that we no longer reside in due to a transfer initiated by the previous managerWe were assured that if we left the old unit that no charges would be applied for anything other than those of damage or repair that would be deducted from our security deposit*** has neglected to attend to the needs of h
