Wow, yeah after reading the previous three reviews here I can say, unfortunately, that my wife and I experienced the same issue. They hacked into our computer, locked it and provided a phone number to call just as the previous complaints describe. Thankfully she was (only) charged $199.99 and not any higher than that. I should have known something was off from the start when my bank ([redacted]) asked to make sure my wife or I purchased this because this shell company is based in China. Try and look up "capslockservices.net" - it's a bogus website. Everyone else - if you see a message that locks your PC with a number to call, bring your computer in to your local PC technician. Don't call this company or you will regret it.
This company orchestrated the locking up of my computer and then had their phone number to call in a drop down menu. They then talked me into paying them to unlock it at $399.16 plus another transaction fee of $11.97. I am looking for a refund of all of my money.
