A very poor rental application experience. They make you jump through numerous hoops to give them business. They insist that everything be done in person. This was especially annoying as I live significantly out of town. Apparently they don't comprehend that it was inconvenient and expensive to drive 9 hours to fill out their application (they wanted me to do this 3 times really - to view the apartment, to fill out the application, and to verify the identify of my guarantor). There's no real reason for this- it's just company policy. I talked to three levels of management and they all insisted on this. Will have to do some hard thinking if this place is actually worth all that gas money...
