Cappiello Paving

Review: I had my driveway removed and redone with pavers by Cappiello Paving. I repeatedly expressed my concerns about settling of grade due to cars driving on driveway going in and out of the garage. I was reassured by Cappiello Paving therw would be no settling due to his preparation of the base of the driveway. Furthermore, I was given a guarantee in writing on my original receipt. After numerous attempts in 2012 and 2103 just trying to get Cappiello to come back to see the problem, I am forced to make this complaint.Desired Settlement: I want my driveway repaired to be what I was promised by Cappiello Paving. If that isn't acceptable to Cappiello Paving, then I will have it repaired and Cappiello Paving can pay for it.

Dear [redacted]; I recieved your complaint from the customer. My awnser is simple I didn't do this job I don't know who these people are. [redacted] did this job not me. He is not Cappiello paving as I have told consummer affairs he keeps using my name of my company without my permission. I will not be responsible for his fraud against people. His address is [redacted] his phone never is [redacted]. As I told bbc when I closed my company he has been doing this. Even after I closed it he is still using my name. I called consummer affairs to stop him apparently it was sent to law division and I have heard nothing from them.I have called the police several times I did not sifgn a contract with them I did not recieve Any monies. I'm sure checks were made out to him personally. Maybe they can reach out to him and he will fix it or else they will have to sue him.I have sent consummer affairs pictures and contracts with him using my name and lisemce number as of yet I have not heard back from them.as of yet have not heard from them.im sorry but I can not help these people because I shut down my business for just this reason.
