On August 7th, 2019, a representative came to 570 route 68 to give us a quote for a custom railing/post. A contract was drawn up and signed, with the agreement being 60 days until installation. We expressed discomfort over 60 days, to which we were told "it's usually less, but we say 60 days to be safe". We texted them pictures of the post we wanted while the representative was in our home, and the representative left with the promise of sending us photos of posts to choose from. We paid a 50% deposit fee of $2725.00.

We needed to follow up with them ourselves once the 60 days was up to find out what was going on. They claimed we never chose a post so they couldn't move forward with production. They never sent us photos or followed up with us during this 60 day period. Once the "which post" issue was cleared up, they claimed they would be in touch with us with an installation date. This was on Nov. 22nd. We still have not heard from them and the voice mail box is full every time we call.

We expected this to be installed on Oct 7th(60 days). It is now Dec 3rd(119 days, double the time they claimed it would take). It has held up our final inspections, and we have had an unsafe staircase for too long.
