Review: I hired 10bucksaroom home cleaning service for my apartment located at [redacted]. They initially did not provide me a receipt on hand on the completion of payment(by cash) and was told the receipt will be sent through email. I tried calling them several times and emailed them requesting to email me the receipt but they kept delaying it and on 25th Oct 2013 the manager denied receiving any mail from me and used foul language against me and told me to not call back. Below is the snapshot of the email delivery report for the mail I sent to the company.

The above tracking confirms that the company has received my email and has even read the mail. It is illegal to deny receipt of service to the customer but they just have chosen to ignore me and not provide me with one.Desired Settlement: I need the company to provide me with the receipt for the service and payment received ($120) and I Need an apology for treating their customer with such disrespect and using foul language.
