I am rejecting this response because aside from requesting a contact person in my prior response rejection, I requested a clear and specific proposal of what will be done by Capitol Kia to resolve this matter. I have sent another e-mail to [redacted] to attempt to get such a proposal in writing, but due to his prior non-response to my correspondence, I am also requesting a proposal through this complaint to ensure I receive a response with specifics for a proposed resolution.

Customer inquired over the internet from out of state. They were never in the dealership. They asked to hold a car which is against company policy. The vehicle was on a limited time sale price. Capitol Kia only wants happy customers but reserves the right to price vehicles based on current market...

I am rejecting this response because they do not specify who I need to contact to complete resolution of this matter. I would also like a clear and specific proposal of what they intend to do to resolve the matter, in addition to providing me a direct contract at the company who will be handling the matter/be my direct contact. I previously sent an e-mail with my complaint to the General Manger, [redacted], and received no response even after giving a more than reasonable amount of time to reach out to me; this is further reason why I am rejecting the response (due to their prior non-responsiveness even when I was attempting to communicate with an specific individual at the company).
