Review: I was just sent a notice that my bill will be sent to collections. This is a first notice and it is already going into collections? That is ILLEGAL! It is not my fault that your staff failed to collect a copay at time of appointment. I paid my last copay. You could have charged for the other 3 copays as well but to send a new procedure bill and threaten to send the WHOLE amount into collections violates Federal and State law.Desired Settlement: Drop the collection as a new amount is included in the total bill. Also, I am on [redacted] so your company, if it wants payment, can wait until I get my [redacted]l card and you can bill [redacted]l! Threatening an illegal collection may result in legal action.

Company stated that they looked up the new Medical information and it does not cover the months that the patient was seen. It is active for May 2014 but it needs to be able to cover December 2014 through April. She stated that the consumer needs to contact his case worker and let he/she know that he needs his coverage to go back to December.
