registered owner or the insurance company to handle the vehicle and all charges owed for services rendered. On 6/11/15, the lien sale process was started. Lien forms were mailed to you at the address you have on file with DMV. These forms detail our contact information along with all fees owed. We have a “Certificate of mailing” dated 6/11/15 and stamped USPS, reflecting these forms were mailed to you. The vehicle became property of Capitol City Automotive on 7/13/15 and was sold to a dismantler on 8/4/15 in the amount of $160.00. The amount received from the sale of your vehicle was deducted from the total amount due, leaving a remaining balance of $1,990.00. The balance owed is the registered owner’s responsibility and was left unpaid therefore, the account was sent to collections on 1/27/16. Our collections company is more than willing to agree to a payment plan, if that would be helpful to you.
Review: This guys sent me to a collection agency without notice of any kind I didn't even got to know if I owed then, I never receive a bill from them to tell me to pay themDesired Settlement: I need to have my account removed from collection and have then remove the unfair charges they made without previously informing me by sending me a letter or bill by mail
